We understand that plans change. While we are a small bed and breakfast that is greatly affected by even one cancellation, we will do our best to work with you.
Refund policies are subject to change at any time. Rates are subject to change and if rescheduling, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
You must call in person to reschedule reservations and/or events. All rescheduled stays or events are subject to availability. Seven Oaks Inn / Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to determine if a reservation / event can be rescheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservation / event rescheduling and refunds for high-demand periods will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

*PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy to our guests during COVID, we have temporarily stopped taking deposits for reservations. Full payment will be due upon checkin.
