This includes not only visitors of the bed and breakfast, but also guests who stay in our extended stay facilities. In order to ensure our guests have the best lodging experience possible, we ask you to review our policies either prior to your arrival or shortly thereafter. Please note: Entire House reservations include bedrooms, Common Areas, Front porch, Firepit, and Gaming Area for guests. Staff private areas (to include personal items) and kitchen (to include items utilized in the performance of Seven Oaks functions) is not included in reservation. There is a separate charge for events and usage of the Pergola / Event Venue area.
