Shady Oaks Family Lodging / Event Package

The Shady Oaks Family Lodging / Event package is for families or parties of 11 - 25 people that requires lodging, as well as use of the Seven Oaks' Pergola and Entertainment Area during your event. 

The Shady Oaks Family Lodging / Event package includes:

*  Two nights of Lodging for 10 guests in Seven Oaks' 4 bedrooms, along with a full, hot breakfast each morning 

*  During your Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening event (Event time:  3 hrs), you and your guests can enjoy:  

      ~  Use of the Pergola
      ~  Use of the Picnic Area, which includes 2 picnic tables and the charcoal grill (charcoal included) during your event
      ~  Use of the open field and Game Area, which includes Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, and Croquet
      ~  Use of the Firepit Area (firewood included) 

*  Chairs for up to 25 guests and 3 tables with linens

*  2-hour Consultation with our Event Coordinator

*  Two staff members during the event

*  Private parking on Seven Oaks property

Package prices may change, especially during high-demand periods.  Normally, at least a 30-day advance notice is required.  Call for availability if you desire a quicker time frame.  Pricing does not include gratituity and taxes.
