We at Seven Oaks do not just talk about how we should be taking care of our guests. 

Concerns for our guests' well-being shows in our actions!  Even before COVID-19 turned
the world upside down, Seven Oaks was practicing a cleaning philosophy above and beyond
industry standards and mandates.


Social Distancing... 


~  Staff and guests are required to properly wear   
        face masks while inside and when around   
        other people. 

~  Hand sanitizer is available and its use and/or
         handwashing is strongly recommended. 

~  Social distancing is taken seriously, so please
         remember to remain 6 feet from other guests
         and staff at all times. 

~  To protect our guests during dining, breakfast
          is served at several locations in the bed and
          breakfast.


     Cleanliness...


      ~  To be mindful of guests with allergies, we
               avoid harsh chemicals.  Vinegar, a natural
               disinfectant, is used in the laundry and for
               mirror cleaning. 

      ~  For years, Seven Oaks has used a hospital-
               grade disinfectant cleaner in conjunction
               with Simple Green, a virucide cleaning
               solution that eliminates 99.9% of germs. 
               We use this solution to clean and sanitize
               bath surfaces, in addition to disinfecting
               door knobs, light switches, remote
               controls, furniture, and other related flat
               surfaces.


Sanitizing...



~  All bath linens and robes are cleaned, sanitized,
         and are enclosed in plastic after each use so
         they are free of contaminates. 

~  Mattresses are sprayed often and pads are
         laundered after guests.


    Limited Exposure Check-ins...


     ~  A staff member will either meet you at the door or you may call us for directions to your room. 

     ~  Sanitized keys are placed in your room door, along with our business card that contains check-in
              information.  If you have questions, please call or text to the number listed on the card.  

     ~  Baggage assistance is still available if needed.  


     Kitchen Access Restrictions...


      ~  Kitchen procedures follow all local health department and SafeServ regulations.  Only staff
               members are authorized to enter the kitchen and to handle kitchenware. 

       ~  All dishes touched by staff and guests are cleaned and sanitized with either the hospital-grade
                disinfectant and left to air dry or they are run through the dishwasher and steam dried.

Please note:  Entire House reservations include bedrooms, Common Areas, Front porch, Firepit, and Gaming Area for guests.  Staff private areas (to include personal items) and kitchen (to include items utilized in the performance of Seven Oaks functions)  is not included in reservation.  There is a separate charge for events and usage of the Pergola / Event Venue area.
