Let us introduce you to Seven Oaks’ large, equipped extended stay Park Trailer by Forest River.  Selected for its amenities and size, you will enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own little piece of heaven that is fully furnished, comfortable, and well maintained. 

As with the Cozy Cottage, the Luxurious Park Trailer includes:

♦  A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster

♦  All bath and bed linens

♦  Washer and dryer combo

♦  All utilities, basic cable, and internet.  (Extended cable is available for an additional cost.)

♦  A private parking space and nice walkway from parking area to a large entry porch

♦  Once-a-month maid service using hospital-grade disinfectants (Weekly or bimonthly cleaning is available for an additional minimal cost.).

♦  Located in a safe neighborhood.

We have equipped the compact kitchen with all glasses, utensils, and dishware needed in any kitchen. In addition to the nice-sized refrigerator and gas range, there is a coffee maker, a toaster, and a full set of pots and pans.

A fireplace always emulates warmth and coziness. The RV’s fireplace is no different. You can choose between just the ambiance of the flames or add heat to take the chill off of a cold, winter day. The RV stays quite warm even in the coldest of NC winters. For the summer heat, there are 2 air conditioner units — one in the living area and one in the bedroom — that keep the unit quite cool. Regulate the solar heat and extend your privacy by lowering the window shades provided at each window.

There are large windows behind the recliners and dining area that overlook Seven Oaks’ beautiful gardens and recreation area, which you can enjoy at your leisure.

To help keep your feet out of the puddles on those rainy days, we have constructed a walkway from your private parking area to the RV. Wide, easy to maneuver steps will take you up to a large landing at your main doorway. The RV is adjacent to Seven Oaks property, but there is lots of privacy and the area is safe.

Individuals staying in Seven Oaks’ extended stay quarters are guests of Seven Oaks Inn / Bed and Breakfast.  A valid credit card is required and will be charged monthly.
