Seven Oaks’ Cozy Cottage is perfect for two individuals or a small family.  Our temporary, extended stay housing is fully furnished, comfortable, and well maintained.  All properties are located in safe neighborhoods. 

As with the Luxurious Park Trailer, the Cozy Cottage includes:

♦  A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances — full-sized refrigerator and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster

♦  All bath and bed linens

♦  Washer and dryer

♦  All utilities, basic cable, and internet.  (Extended cable is available for an additional fee.) 

♦  A private parking space

♦  Front and rear covered porches

♦  Once-a-month maid service using hospital-grade disinfectants (Weekly or bimonthly cleaning is available for an additional minimal cost.).

So, grab your clothes and groceries – because that is all you will need.  The Cozy Cottage has everything else waiting for you!

Our Cozy Cottage is a 625 square foot, 2-bedroom / 1 bath house that is located adjacent to the Seven Oaks property. A covered front porch includes several rockers for you to enjoy the shade of one of our magnificent oak trees as you watch the world go by.

The kitchen says “welcome home” and beckons you to make something yummy and special. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a simple to an exquisite meal. Included in the fully functional kitchen is a full-sized range/oven, a microwave, a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker and a toaster. All linens, dishware, glasses, and utensils are included in your rental fee.

The second sleeping area also includes a queen bed and a nightstand. There is a large curtain separating the sitting and sleeping areas that can be drawn for privacy. A chest and small closet is located in the hallway for extra storage of personal items. Bed linens are included for both sleeping areas.

Individuals staying in Seven Oaks’ extended stay quarters are guests of Seven Oaks Inn / Bed and Breakfast.  A valid credit card is required and will be charged monthly.
