Seven Oaks Inn / Bed and Breakfast is not only dedicated to ensuring you have a positive stay at our bed and breakfast, we also are committed to protecting your security and the security of your personal information. 

To protect your privacy while staying at Seven Oaks, at no time will we inform any outside individual or organization of your reservation information and/or whether you are a current guest of Seven Oaks.  Please make sure family members have proper contact information for you as, due to this policy, we cannot take messages for you.

Any and all personal information we collect from you is utilized to complete a transaction at our facility, whether that transaction is a reservation, a sale of goods, or other related business services.  By creating a reservation or participating in other related business services with Seven Oaks, you are consenting to the use of your personal data for those specific functions. 

When reservations are made via telephone, the Seven Oaks staff member gathering that information ensures your data is received in a secure environment.  When completing an online reservation, each guest should make certain the lock icon and/or “Https” is listed at the beginning of the website address to ensure his/her data is secure. 

All information, to include credit card data, is solely used for the above-mentioned purposes and is not given to, sold, rented to, or transferred to any outside persons, organizations, or companies for any reason.  Once your reservation is completed and it is determined that there are no damages or loss of property to Seven Oaks, any and all information pertaining to your credit card data that is in Seven Oaks’ possession is destroyed.

At Seven Oaks, we take every reasonable precaution to safeguard any and all personal information in our custody that is both online and offline.  Personal information, such as telephone numbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses, is kept on file in our accounting software and on an invoice for bookkeeping purposes only.  Unless needed to perform his/her duties, employees are not privy to a guest’s personal data.  All paper and electronic files, in addition to electronic equipment on which that data may be stored, is located in a secure area. 

There may be times where Seven Oaks contacts prior guests to offer discounts or special rates only.  If a guest has left an item behind, we will also use personal information to try to contact that guest to return his/her items.  At any time, a guest may request this additional contact be terminated.  A guest may also, at any time and via telephone or e-mail, request a copy of data we have on file for that guest only.  Verification of identity will be required prior to any and all information being transmitted. 

Seven Oaks utilizes outside companies to process reservations and financial transactions.  This website also contains links to other sites.  Please be aware that Seven Oaks is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other such sites.  However, if we become aware of a data breach, we will contact affected guests immediately.
