*PLEASE NOTE:  As a courtesy to our guests during COVID, we have temporarily stopped taking deposits for reservations.  Full payment will be due upon checkin.  HOWEVER, due to the increased number of OTA (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) reservations that have presented invalid credit cards and/or have cancelled last minute, our cancellation policy FOR THESE RESERVATIONS ONLY has changed:

          ~  Once the reservation is made, a minimal, NONREFUNDABLE charge will be processed to ensure the credit card is valid.
          ~  Cancellations made within the less-than-7-day window will be charged a 50%, NONREFUNDABLE cancellation fee.   
          ~  Early Departure and No Show policies will remain as presented above.
