Please make sure family members have proper contact information for you as, due to this policy, we cannot take messages for you.

By creating a reservation or participating in other related business services with Seven Oaks, you are consenting to the use of your personal data for those specific functions.
When reservations are made via telephone, the Seven Oaks staff member gathering that information ensures your data is received in a secure environment. When completing an online reservation, each guest should make certain the lock icon and/or “Https” is listed at the beginning of the website address to ensure his/her data is secure.
All information, to include credit card data, is solely used for the above-mentioned purposes and is not given to, sold, rented to, or transferred to any outside persons, organizations, or companies for any reason. Once your reservation is completed and it is determined that there are no damages or loss of property to Seven Oaks, any and all information pertaining to your credit card data that is in Seven Oaks’ possession is destroyed.
At Seven Oaks, we take every reasonable precaution to safeguard any and all personal information in our custody that is both online and offline.
